Please read carefully the company regulations:

 

  • Worldwide pilots are kindly accepted.
  • All pilots have to be registered and active members of any of the following online networks: IVAO and VATSIM. All pilot details being used in our online Flight Operations System, are taken directly from the above networks membership. Therefore, your details should be valid and updated at any time.
  • If no flight has been submitted during the first 15 days of a new pilot registration, the pilot will be excluded from the company without prior notice. This action will not be reversible!
  • Only Aegean Airlines Virtual flights will be validated within the VA system. Irrelevant flights submitted on the PIREPs will be ignored and not accepted!
  • Use of the "AEE" callsign is not recommended on flights other than published on the Aegean Airlines Virtual flight tables.
  • All pilots should perform according to the online flights and company Standard Operations Procedures.
  • All pilots should comply with the international network rules and regulations.
  • All pilots are entitled to have 2 months (60 days) vacations per year.
  • We do not allow anybody to use our name, Aegean Airlines Virtual, taking advantage of any real situation onboard the Aegean Airlines aircrafts.
